Rental Waiver & Safety Rules

Important Safety Rules
- Adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use.
- No flips, wrestling, rough play, or climbing on the walls or outside of the unit.
- No shoes, glasses, jewelry, sharp objects, food, gum, or drinks inside the bounce house.
- No pets, silly string, confetti, glitter, or other items that can damage the unit.
- Do not use the bounce house in high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or other unsafe weather.
- Keep children of similar size/age together while bouncing to reduce the risk of injury.
- Do not move or re-anchor the bounce house after it has been set up.
- Immediately evacuate the unit if it begins to deflate and call us for assistance.
Renter Responsibilities
- Provide a flat, clear area free of rocks, sticks, branches, and overhead power lines.
- Ensure a standard electrical outlet is available within 100 feet of the setup location.
- Stay off the blower and keep all cords and equipment away from water and traffic.
- Do not allow more than the recommended number of children in the unit at one time.
- Report any damage or unsafe conditions to R & L Funtime LLC immediately.
Waiver & Release (Sample Text)
By renting equipment from R & L Funtime LLC (“Company”), the renter (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees that the use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Customer agrees to supervise all use of the equipment and to follow all posted and provided safety rules.
Customer assumes full responsibility for the safety of all persons using the equipment and agrees to hold harmless and release R & L Funtime LLC, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or loss arising out of the use of the equipment, except in cases of the Company’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
